1. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Worldwide)
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery).

with:
* Your order number
* A short description of the issue
* Clear, welllit photos
Once reviewed, we will confirm the next steps.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping), at no cost to you.
This applies to all customers worldwide.

2. EU & UK Customers – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the EU and UK may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
To exercise this right:
Notify us by email at hello @ playirish.com within 14 days
The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email after approval.

3. Customers Outside the EU & UK
For customers outside the EU and UK, change of mind returns are not accepted.
However, if your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you promptly (see Section 1).

4. Return Process
1. Email: hello @ playirish.com with your order number and reason for contact.
2. We will review your request (usually within 48 hours).
3. If approved, we will provide clear return instructions by email.
4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund.
Returns cannot be processed without prior contact and approval.
We recommend that you use registered post to return your item.

5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In original condition with tags
Items returned in unsuitable condition may not be eligible for refund.
For defective claims, clear photos are required so we can assess the issue properly.

6. NonReturnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as underwear or swimwear) cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or is unclaimed, reshipment costs may apply.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by Irish law and applicable EU and UK consumer protection regulations.
