2. Product Purchase Terms
2.1 Application
These apply to all orders. You agree when you:

Deviation only in writing by us.
2.2 Products
All items are print-on-demand, pre-designed by PlayIrish — not personalised. Availability not guaranteed. Minor colour/print variations may occur. No liability for errors or typos.
2.3 Who Can Order?
– Must be 18+
– Consumer only (no resellers)
– Accurate, complete information
We may refuse orders without reason.
2.4 Contract Formation
Your order = offer.
Contract formed only when:
1. We email shipping confirmation, OR
2. Carrier confirms ready for pickup
We may cancel post-formation if unable to fulfil (full refund).
2.5 Ownership
Products remain our property until fully paid.
2.6 Care Instructions
Follow printed labels. No liability for misuse or incorrect washing.
2.7 Prices
Quoted in EUR, include VAT. We may change prices/offers anytime. Shipping: Real-time at checkout — Free Shipping from 50€
2.8 Payment
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. Secure via Stripe. We may run credit checks.
2.9 Invoicing
Electronic only — you consent.
2.10 Delivery
– Production: 2–5 working days
– Delivery:
– EU: 7- 10 working days
– Outside EU: 10–20 days
– No PO boxes
– Business days: Mon–Fri (excl. Irish/EU holidays)
– Split shipments possible — no extra cost
– Lost parcel (>30 days): full refund

3. Returns & Refunds
EU & UK customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers outside the EU & UK do not have a right of withdrawal for change-of-mind purchases. If an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly. 4.3 Your Conduct
You must not:
– Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
– Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
– Interfere with the Platform
– Impersonate others
We may suspend/terminate access for violations.
4.4 Account
– You are responsible for your login
– Notify us of unauthorised use
– We may delete inactive accounts
4.5 Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
